With a background in psychology, Sarah is passionate about the mind-body connection and helping students find inner peace and resilience on and off the mat.
Maya Thompson is the founder of Serenova Yoga Studio and a certified Hatha and Vinyasa instructor. She is passionate about mindful movement and breath awareness, creating transformative experiences for her students. Maya believes in the healing power of yoga and is dedicated to helping others find balance and empowerment on their journeys. When not on the mat, she enjoys exploring nature and fostering community through yoga.
Michael's love for movement and mindfulness led him to explore various movement modalities before finding his home in yoga. With a background in dance and martial arts, Michael brings a unique blend of grace, strength, and fluidity to his classes. His dynamic vinyasa flows and creative sequencing inspire students to move with intention and joy.
David discovered yoga as a means of recovering from a sports injury and quickly fell in love with its transformative potential. As a former athlete turned yoga teacher, David brings a unique blend of athleticism and mindfulness to his classes. His dynamic sequences and focus on alignment empower students to build strength, balance, and self-awareness.
